Day 1 🕐 Duration: 2 hours Introduction (5 mins): Welcome and overview of Tanjore painting history, significance, and materials used.
Step 1 (45 mins): Transferring the image onto the canvas and applying semi-precious stones. Discussion on muck mixing techniques. Step 2 (1 hr 15 mins): Preparing and coning the muck, then layering it carefully on the image for relief work.
Day 2: Gold work Preparation
Day 2 🕐 Duration: 2 hours Step 3: Building detailed layers on elements such as the elephant. Application of gold foil on the muck and borders.
Day 3: Painting & Background Detailing
Day 3 🕐 Duration: 2 hours Step 4: Completing gold application and beginning to paint the background and key elements.
Day 4: Finishing & Showcase
